Dried flower confetti at Steve & Shelley's wedding

Dried flower confetti in ivory and lavender complemented Steve & Shelley’s wedding. They were married in Frome Spring 2011.
Their theme was a beautiful lavender colour with scented Spring flowers such as hyacinths and narcissi, and Shelley was looking for some wedding confetti to match her dress.

We were able to supply them with a pack of 25 cones and stand (£24.99 empty) with 2 litres of premium dried flower confetti - delphinium petals in ivory mixed with lavender colour hydrangea petals (£12.99 a litre) - a perfect match for the wedding dress.

This theme continued at the reception with more of the lavender hydrangea petals (£21.99 for a 1.7litre box) used as table confetti.

Dried flower confetti a hit at August wedding

Back in May 2010, Fanny got in touch with us about her daughter Kathryn’s upcoming wedding. She explained to Mike that she was looking for natural biodegradable confetti petals - they had to be biodegradable as there were animals nearby.

She needed petals for throwing in ivory and burgundy colourways, and we were happy to send her some dried flower confetti samples free of charge.

She chose ivory delphinium petals picked out with freeze dried red rose petals to fit her colour scheme. She had a particular basket at home that she wanted to use for the dried flower confetti, and Mike was able to estimate how much of each type of petal she would need.
She went for 4 litres of rose petals lying on top of 5 litres of delphinium petals.

The photos she sent us are lovely and everyone is enjoying themselves!


...And then the basket was empty!
