A. An e-mail order confirmation is automatically generated at the end of a successful order.
If you haven’t received one, there are two possible reasons:
1. You mis-spelled your e-mail address on our form (very common), or
2. Your card has been declined, or there was some other error processing your payment (less common).

Q. WHAT IS A DRIED LAVENDER GRAIN?

A. A lavender flower is made up of many small lavender buds distributed along a stalk. These flowers are dried and the dried buds are removed. We sell it as dried lavender, but it is also referred to as dried lavender grain or  dried lavender buds. This is separate from the tiny brown lavender seeds which can be used to grow new plants.

Q. DO YOU SELL ENGLISH LAVENDER?

A. Our dried lavender comes from Provence. We think the French growers provide the optimum combination of quality and value for money.
The dried lavender varieties we sell are Lavendula X Intermedia Grosso (highly fragrant dried lavender with a high essential oil content) and Lavendula Angustifolia (Blue dried lavender).
This can cause some confusion as Lavendula Angustifolia is also called English lavender.
