Q. I HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION.
A. An e-mail order confirmation is automatically generated at the end of a successful order. If you haven’t received one, there are two possible reasons: 1. You mis-spelled your e-mail address on our form (very common), or 2. Your card has been declined, or there was some other error processing your payment (less common).
