Lavender & Hop pillow recipe Mix 4 handfuls of dried hops (about 100g) with 4 handfuls of dried lavender (about 100g, we recommend using our Organic lavender as it is has the most restful fragrance). Put the dried lavender and dried hops in a fine mesh bag (to let the fragrance escape) by your pillow in bed.
